Remove the white thing covers the titles ?

every second subject has a white thing covers it and hides the title, would you delete it ? it annoys me :O

Well.. the only way to remove the white things over the title is to change the entire layout of the forums, i would do it now since it annoys me but i need to get permission from Brandon... so i'll ask him tomorrow when i see him if he doesnt go on the forums today
